Sessa Orchid Sanctuary:
It was established in the year 1979 and enjoys deep valleys, high hills and more than 200 species of orchids. The sanctuary also houses various animals like red panda and pheasant. The beauty of the sanctuary is alive throughout the year. Winter season makes its environment gorgeously beautiful.

Eaglenest Wildlife Sanctuary:
Spread over an area of 217 km2, this wildlife sanctuary enjoys the panoramic views of waterfalls flowing from lesser heights and Kameng River. It is home to different birds like eagle, hornbill, kingfishers, ducks and pheasants. Some of the popular animals of the sanctuary are Bengal tiger, langur, Asian elephant, black bear, red panda and many more. More than 165 types of butterflies can also be seen here.

Bomdila View Point:
It is a wonderful view point for nature lovers will love. Being the highest point of Bomdila, the place enjoys awe-inspiring views of the landscape and surroundings. West Kameng Valley appears to spread out when you view it from here.

Established in the year 1965, Bomdila Monastery enjoys the real spiritual spirit of Buddhism. Followers of Mahayana Buddhism find this place really sacred. The monastery appears like the Tsona Gontse Monastery of South Tibet. The monastery attracts a great number of pilgrims.
