Gulmarg Golf Course

Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve

Positioned at an area of 180 km², Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve houses various species of fauna, flora and avifauna. The reserve is situated at the elevation varying from 2400 meters to 4,300 meters above the sea level. This reserve is one of those regions where biodiversity can be enjoyed at its richest form. Several animals like Hangul, Leopard, Musk Bear, Brown Bear, Black Bear and Red Fox can be spotted here.

Shrine of Baba Reshi

It is an important site in Gulmarg, which was built in the 13th century and people from different walks of life visit the place to take blessings. One can reach this shrine through a motorable. The shrine was built in 1480 and is dedicated to the Muslim scholar and saint, Baba Reshi. He spent here many days in meditation.
