The Namgyal Monastery:
Comprised of a remarkable architecture, The Namgyal Monastery is largely influenced by Tibetan style & craft. The monastery is working for young Tibetan monks to ensure the survival of the exclusive Tibetan Traditional Buddhist studies and practices.
Tsug la Khang:
This is a busy temple of the village housing shrine rooms. The largest shrine of the temple features a huge statue of the Buddha painted with Gold. Around the temple, there is a long meditation trail featuring small shrines, stupas and chorten.
Masroor Temple:
About 50 km away from McLeod Ganj, Masroor Temple is located. It is considered to be built by Pandava. It is a collection of 15 monolithic rock-cut temples. There are many other places to visit in and near the village.
