Vindhyachal is a prominent religious destination devoted to Goddess Vindhyavasini. As per the mythology, Goddess Vindhyavasini is believed to be the instant giver of blessing. The small town is as eternal as universe. There are several temples in the town of different deities. This is a popular pilgrimage site. Best Places to Visit in Vindhyachal

Vindhyavasini Devi Temple:
Situated on the banks of the River Ganges, Vindhyavasini Devi Temple is the biggest attraction of the town. It is a famous Shakti Peeth of Goddess Kali. The idol of Goddess Kali is famous as Kajala Devi, who is an embodiment of blessing and worship.

Rameshwar Mahadev Temple:
It is another appeal of Vindhyachal, which is located on Ram Gaya Ghat. The temple has a Shivlinga that is supposed to be installed by Lord Rama.

Ashtabhuji Devi Temple:
Ashtabhuji Devi Temple is positioned on the top of the Vindhya ranges. The temple has an interesting legend that says that the girl child born to Devaki and Vasudeva, escaped from Kansa and started living in these mountain ranges. The temple is inside a cave among the mountain ranges.
