Mindrolling Monastery

Established in year 1965, The Mindrolling Monastery is the abode of Ngagyur Nyingma College – one of the biggest Buddhist learning centers in India. The monastery features a 60 meters high stupa and well-maintained gardens. It contains various rooms, which are adorned with murals and houses a variety of relics. It also has a 35 meters high gold statue of Lord Buddha.

Rajaji National Park

Located around 25 km away from Dehradun, Rajaji National Park is spread over an area of 820 km². Lacchiwalla is a beautiful picnic spot situated at a small distance from Dehradun. Tibetan Buddhist Temple

Tiger Falls

Situated at an elevation of 1400 meters above the sea level, Tiger Falls are about 50 meters high. The waterfalls are snuggled amidst the charming settings of dense forests and situated at the foothills of the Himalayas. It is known to be the place, where Guru Dronacharya performed his penance as per the Hindu epic Mahabharatha.
