Anamalai Wildlife Sanctuary is located at a distance of 90 km from Coimbatore and spread over an area of about 950 km². Also known as Indira Gandhi National Park, this sanctuary is an abode of an extensive variety of wild animals. You can find here a number of crocodiles at the sanctuary, in a reservoir.
